"Hands-down the best restaurant in Ollantaytambo! The chef takes his cooking seriously & ingredients are very fresh & seasonal from around the area. We stopped here for lunch & waitress Glinda was super friendly to us. Spoke good English too. We had the trout ceviche & grilled chicken with mango. Followed by a lemonade & a cocktail named Trilogia Andina which was superb & packed a punch indeed! Checks all the boxes for great quality food, service & atmosphere!"

"We had a superb lunch here, lovely service from Glinda, and excellent food & drinks. We really enjoyed the following and would highly recommend: RÍO URUBAMBA - CEVICHE: Cubes of trout marinated in freshly squeezed lime juice, with onion, fresh local chili, and cilantro. Served with boiled corn, toasted corn, and sweet potato. POLLO A LA PIÑA O AL MANGO-CHICKEN WITH PINEAPPLE OR MANGO: Grilled chicken breast sautéed in butter with flambéed pineapple or fresh mango, topped with pepper sauce. Served with cooked vegetables. Drinks: We enjoyed TUPANANCHISKAMA: Pisco, lime, chicha morada, cinnamon syrup, orange, and coconut cream. And a Chicha Morada (a National drink) - this was delicious!"

"We ended up staying ~24h in Ollantaytanbo. We had dinner here first and it was so good that we decided to have lunch next day as well. Everything we tried had high quality of ingredients and was very well cooked: a couple of apps with avocado, 3 soups, beef and alpaca burgers, trout."

"First night in Ollytaytambo. Got delayed in Bogota on a connecting flight. Arrived late. They sorted us out for food. Had some alpaca. I can't say I've eaten alpaca before so this isn't a gastro review. I enjoyed it. Was like a mild beef. Glad they fed us."

"Delicious food and I had an absolutely delicious iced tea drink. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they were easily able to accommodate me and I felt very safe with all of the food I received. They even put the bun on the side for my boyfriend who just wanted to snack a little bit. Super sweet owners and a great view too!"

"We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant that I'm already planning tomorrow night's dinner there and know exactly what I will order. Tonight, we had the sopa de quinua (quinoa soup), maiz con queso (corn with sauteed mushrooms and cheese), guacamole with tequenos stuffed with Andean cheese as dipping sticks, and grilled alpaca skewers. Each dish was perfectly prepared, mouth-watering, and unique. This is a family-run business with the sweetest and most earnest couple and their 2 children. My husband even asked them for extra business cards for our hotel to recommend to other guests - I've never seen him do this in 15 years of marriage! Leaving the restaurant, I actually felt sorry for the tourists walking past without entering for a meal. For reference, we ate at Merito in Lima last night and, although a miraculous gastronomic experience, I did not feel compelled to write them a review the way I do tonight."
