There is something for everyone here weather it’s home decor, textiles, pillowcases, bags or small items for gifts. There were even highly desirable vintage and collectible textiles that you won’t find elsewhere. Really good prices too, I wanted to buy everything - if only I had bottomless suitcase 😊 Vilma is such a sweetheart, she is very knowledgeable on patterns and dying processes with plants and explains each piece in detail. She speaks very good English and is a joy to be around 💗 She is also rescuing homeless cats and dogs, so by shopping here you are contributing to a very good cause 🐱🐶"

"The most beautiful little shop tucked inside a small corner of the Machu Picchu mercado. We randomly walked by when I spotted this brightly lighted store around the corner from a row of shops. When we stepped in and were greeted by the shop’s owner, Vilma, with the sweetest smile while she was crocheting a table runner. As we looked around and engaged in conversation with her in Spanish, just to realize she speaks English as well. After our nice conversation, we found a couple of beautiful hand crafted items to purchase. I don’t usually leave reviews, but these handmade items are so special that I had to let all who travel through Machu Picchu know…if you’re looking for something special, truly artesanal, and unique to bring home with you, go visit Vilma.
