Everything was perfect from the schedule, the communication, the accommodations and mostly our amazing tour guide Samuel and our driver Willie. Samuel was thorough in his explanations and extremely knowledgeable. Samuel was very easy to talk to and took his time at the various sites. He patiently answered all of our questions. The schedule we developed with Cusco Local Friend was perfect. It allowed us time to acclimate to the high altitudes. We were in the car a lot to get to the various sites and it was very comfortable. Driving can be a challenge and our driver navigated well. We came back with marvelous pictures (Samuel is an expert at the best picture sites), knowledge of the Incas, and Peru and its culture."

"We joined the Cusco City Tour hoping for a great experience, but honestly it didn’t live up to the expectations. The schedule felt a bit rushed — we didn’t get enough time to enjoy the main sites properly. Our guide was knowledgeable but seemed distracted at times, and the explanations were too quick. Also, the car wasn’t very comfortable for the long ride around the city. Cusco is beautiful, but I think the tour could have been better organized and more relaxed."

Christian taught us so much about the region and Peruvian history in general. Abel was an excellent driver on some difficult roads. The trip was very organized and well thought out.
