"This is my favorite restaurant in Pisac. The Peruvian-Chinese cuisine here is incredibly authentic for an Asian like me—even the rice used in fried rice has chopped scallions mixed in! Absolutely delicious! Portions are generous yet incredibly affordable—truly impressive. Their Sopa a la Minuta stands as the most unforgettable dish of my entire Peruvian journey. I sincerely hope this specialty gains popularity in the US or Asia! Note: Cash only. Also, while the stir-fried noodles are tasty, they're quite salty—I'd recommend opting for fried rice instead."
