My flight arrived in Cusco ealry in the morning and the hotel allowed me check in early at 9am which was a life saver. The staff is very attentive to your needs. "Spanish: La verdad es que este hotel terminó siendo una de nuestras partes favoritas del viaje. Nos quedamos tres noches antes de seguir hacia Cusco y desde que llegamos nos impresionó muchísimo lo bonito que era el lugar. Tiene todas las comodidades y el feeling de un hotel moderno, pero sin perder esa arquitectura y ese estilo clásico tan especial que hace que Cusco se sienta como Cusco. De verdad lograron mantener ese encanto antiguo sin que el hotel se sintiera viejo. La primera noche tuvimos un pequeño problema con el inodoro de nuestra habitación porque no dejaba de correr agua, y sin siquiera tener que insistir o pedir nada, nos hicieron un upgrade de cuarto. Ese tipo de detalles y atención hacen toda la diferencia. También queremos agradecer especialmente a Luis Huayhua — “Luchito” para nosotros ya 😂 — porque honestamente hizo muchísimo más de lo esperado para ayudarnos durante toda la estadía. Siempre estaba pendiente de nosotros, buscando cómo ayudarnos y asegurándose de que estuviéramos cómodos y felices. Se nota muchísimo cuando alguien realmente disfruta cuidar bien a los huéspedes. Y también muchísimas gracias a Gozguan Puma por toda su amabilidad y excelente atención. Todo el personal nos hizo sentir súper bienvenidos. Las habitaciones fueron comodísimas, todo estaba impecable, y en general la experiencia completa fue demasiado especial. Sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos aquí otra vez. English: Honestly, this hotel ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. We stayed for three nights before continuing on to Cusco, and from the moment we arrived we were incredibly impressed by how beautiful the place was. It has all the comfort and feel of a modern hotel while still preserving the classic architecture and old-world style that makes Cusco feel like Cusco. They really managed to keep that historic charm without the hotel ever feeling outdated. On the first night we had a small issue with the toilet in our original room because it kept running water, and without us even having to insist or ask for anything, they upgraded our room. That kind of attentiveness and care really makes all the difference. We also especially want to thank Luis Huayhua — “Luchito” to us by the end 😂 — because he honestly went far above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He was always checking in on us, looking for ways to help, and making sure we were comfortable and happy. You can really tell when someone genuinely enjoys taking care of guests. And also a huge thank you to Gozguan Puma for all of his kindness and excellent service. The entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were extremely comfortable, everything was spotless, and overall the entire experience felt very special. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."
