"Stunning!! Don't know what to fault. We are fussy people but the service is great. There is yummy breakfast. Locked doors for safety. A heater for the room (yes, can be a bit cold still). Bed was ok and stunning view. The vibes is all lovely. Room view was stunning too. Bring umbrella though. Some parts may be not sheltered. Did not bother us. There might be some sound but all good otherwise. Lobby closed early at 11pm but we did not arrive late. Borrow hairdryer from front desk."

"I stayed at Hotel Samanapaq in the Sacred Valley as part of a group of eight adults (ages 40–50) and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The property is in significant disrepair and should not be marketed as a hotel in its current condition. The mattresses were extremely thin (with no box spring), resulting in back pain and a sleepless night for several of us. Portable heaters were provided but were not sufficient to properly warm the rooms. One guest experienced a water leak in her room and discovered visible mold on the ceiling. She woke up with congestion and allergy-type symptoms the following day. During the same stay, the fuse blew in her room while using the hotel-provided hair dryer, leaving her without heat for the remainder of the night. In my own room, the bathroom mirror was cracked, a nightstand lamp was broken, there was a broken tile under the bathroom sink, and the walls were visibly damaged. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and, in at least one case, posed a potential health concern. When concerns were raised with the property owner, the response was unwelcoming. We were told that a room with better beds was available for an additional charge, which was disappointing given the overall condition of the hotel. In the end, we had to spend a second extremely uncomfortable night at this "motel," as the property manager refused to offer a refund. Seeing that we had already paid for 7 rooms ahead of time (for 2 nights) through the travel agency, we had no choice but to stay another dreadful night. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to be honest so other travelers—especially those expecting comfort or celebrating a special occasion—can make an informed decision. This property did not meet basic expectations for comfort, maintenance, or guest care."
