The withdrawal wasnt charged and my bank is trying to see how to help me retrieve money from this ATM. Its important to know that the ATM and the bank operate separately and whatever happens with the ATM is not something the bank can help immediately or directly. It will take time, bank calls and bank visits."

"I have a Capital One visa debit card and it charges 18 soles. Seems the max withdrawal is 450 soles. 24 hours though. The door and ATM are around the side of the bank."
