Meditation Retreat

"Four times over three years I went to the three days full moon silence meditation retreat as participant. I believe in the power of silence and the magical island in lake titicaca. From all silent retreats I can find I prefer this one, since three days is gentle and the different practises provided by the content/teachers give an amazing support. Meditation, yoga and healing with support of the full moon is practised. Also, through the sacred hikes to the two mountains on the island (pachamama and pachatata), a beautiful opportunity is given to work with the masculine and feminine energies in our bodies. The first time I went to retreat I awakened my intuition around subtle energies in our bodies, that I know often use in self healing or in healing others. An experience I never forget!"
