"Dining at Pachapapa was one of the highlights of our trip to Cusco. We ordered the grilled coy, which is one of their signature dishes, and it was absolutely delicious. Keep in mind that the preparation takes about an hour, but it was well worth the wait. What made the experience even more special was the live music while we dined, creating a very intimate and cozy atmosphere. The service and ambiance made the evening truly memorable. Dining at Pachapapa was easily one of the best dining experiences we had while visiting Cusco."
