Pulitissimo, con letti e materassi nuovi, acqua calda, stanze matrimoniali o con 3 letti, zona cucina e sala pranzo ampie. E specialmente la famiglia di Benito (il proprietario) è adorabile !!! "La habitación estaba muy bonita igual que el lugar ya que tiene un toque rústico, además de que el lugar es muy tranquilo. Sin embargo un punto a mejorar es el tragaluz en la habitación. La persona que atiende ofreció un buen servicio, y fue muy amable y atento. Tiene una cocina implementada lo cual es muy bueno, así como la áreas comunes. La ubicación aunque está un poco distanciada de la ciudad de Pisac, es un buen lugar. Muy Recomendable."

"Très belle accueil de la part d 'Asencio qui a été aux petits soins pour nous. Lieu très calme avec belle vue sur la montagne. La décoration des chambres est très belle avec des matériaux locaux . Petite préférence pour les chambres du première étage avec un joli balcon. La cuisine partagée est un plus très apprécié car très bien aménagée. On s'y sent bien comme à la maison"

"Bad location; non-existent service. We we informed the host a day before our arrival what our arrival time is and when we arrived at the appointed time, nobody wants to be found. We waited outside in the rain for a while- there were guests there who said they had been waiting for the host to arrive for the last few hours because they were trying to check out. They told us that they thought the rooms were fairly pleasant, but we did not see the rooms itself we simply left to find another place."

"We spent two nights at Rumi Lodge in Pisac. We were warmly welcomed by Benito, the owner, who accommodated us in every possible way with kindness and a contagious smile. Although the lodge is not in the center of Pisac, it is well served by Tuk-Tuks, which take you anywhere in just five minutes for 5 soles. For 35 soles, a private car can take you to the entrance of the Pisac ruins. The breakfast was exceptional, the panoramic view unforgettable, and while the comfort was basic, everything necessary was provided—even hot water without a timer, which is not always a given. Don't be discouraged by the entrance, which is currently not the most inviting due to ongoing construction on the neighboring property (however, there was never any disturbing noise). Benito, el propietario, nos recibió con los brazos abiertos y nos atendió de todas las maneras posibles con amabilidad y una sonrisa contagiosa. Aunque el alojamiento no está en el centro de Pisac, está bien comunicado con los Tuk-Tuks, que por 5 soles te llevan a cualquier lugar en solo cinco minutos. Con 35 soles, un coche privado te lleva hasta la entrada de las ruinas de Pisac. El desayuno fue excepcional, la vista panorámica inolvidable y, aunque la comodidad es básica, tiene todo lo necesario, ¡incluso agua caliente sin temporizador! Lo cual no siempre es algo seguro. No se dejen desanimar por la entrada, que en este momento no es la más acogedora debido a la construcción en la propiedad vecina (sin embargo, nunca hubo ruidos molestos)."

"Benito is such a friendly host! He’s not always around but when he is he is super super nice! He cares a lot and if you need anything he always helps you out! I spent there almost 2 weeks after dieta and it was perfect! The rooms are deluxe, such a comfortable and big bed, very beautiful and new design and amazing private bathroom. Outdoors is a garden areas (kind of 2 areas actually) & fireplace areas and you’re in between of the mountains and underneath a blanket of stars in the night - sooo beautiful! You can use the laundry machine. There’s a huge well equipped kitchen and even a dining room. It’s a natural nature place, quite calm and high standard!! Rooms are not fully isolated so especially in winter time bring enough warm clothes for the night. By foot it’s a 30 minute walk to town - along some eucalyptus trees & Mountain View :) Thank you Benito for everything! 🙏"
