"Booked via Klook and got confirmation. Tour is tomorrow but we whatsapp them a thousand time and even asked hotel or local people to help to make a call to confirm the status, no reply at all until now. Tour is 6:30am tomorrow and now it is 5:15pm, whatsapp call no response at all, no confirmation email from this agency but only klook confirmed."
