"I spent 2 nights with my husband in the room Puma. The place is absolutely magical, very remote, true retreat experience! You wake up with your head in the clouds and go to bed watching stars. We loved everything about this place, the dome, the view is stunning, the staff is very friendly and caring… and Carlos stories about how he built the place are fascinating . An authentic trip to the history of this land. The ceremonies they offer are very special as well. Highly recommend Maestro Freddy. All in all, a once in a lifetime experience. Or maybe twice, we plan to come back 😉."

"The views were stunning, the bedroom was comfortable and big, there was a huge soaking bathroom. Stairs up from the room led us to the dome on top for stargazing. The service fell terribly flat. We were not offered a menu or an explanation that it was a set menu. The table next to us was offered a menu and ordered off it, we were just given food. When I asked what the other options are for dinner I was met with dismissiveness and was told “you said you had no restrictions.” The table next to us didn’t want the soup so they just didn’t get an appetizer. All they would have had to do was say it was a set menu or that things had run out, but there was absolutely nothing. Overall, it is a beautiful and peaceful setting and the dome concept is very cool. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the expectations of the price point."

"Une expérience personnelle désagréable dû à un manque catastrophique de professionnalisme de la part des équipes. On nous a installé dans une chambre, tout allait bien, on donne nos passeports (ils savent qui nous sommes donc) pour qu’ils fassent le checkin et nous leur donnons un généreux pourboire pour leur gentillesse. Première chose étonnante, on nous invite à nous reposer dans la chambre mais rien ne nous est présenté, ni les infrastructures, ni les règles relatives aux repas et aux heures de checkout, ni les modalités de déplacement vers la ville. Nous passons à table au restaurant de l’hôtel et entre l’entrée et le plat principal un membre du personnel vient nous trouver pour nous indiquer qu’il s’était trompé et que nous devions changer de chambre. Soit, un peu déçus mais nous refaisons vite nos affaires, on nous change de chambre. La nouvelle chambre n’est pas propre, des détritus sont présents et des cheveux un peu partout. Le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner, on nous informe qu’ils se sont encore trompés et qui faut changer une nouvelle fois de chambre. Nous refaisons nos bagages pour la 2ème fois et nous voilà dans une chambre sans vue. Pour se faire pardonner, on nous propose une bière le soir (?). Le lendemain au moment du départ, les bières étaient bien notées et à payer sur la facture. Dernière phrase assassine de notre hôte : « vous voulez donner un pourboire ? ». Je suis resté interdit face à l’audace. Considérant le prix payé je trouve que la qualité du service n’est absolument pas au rendez vous. C’est dommage vu l’emplacement idyllique et la vue à couper le souffle. Je vais paraître aigri mais il est trop facile de se reposer sur le lieu pour proposer une expérience moyenne. La vue sur la vallée est splendide, même en dehors de Stardome Spiritual Experience"

"En Stardome vives una experiencia distinta, estas alejado de la ciudad, se encuentra en la parte superior de una montaña. Aquí puedes relajarte y escaparte del ruido de la ciudad. Separe la habitación Snake por una noche ($250), nos recogieron desde Ollantaytambo, fueron flexibles con el check in. (Ingresamos después de las 2:00 pm) Al llegar, vivimos la experiencia de Hot tub con cena romántica ($160), la comida de esta experiencia fue exquisita y las vistas del valle fueron muy bonitas. Luego subimos al domo a observar algunas estrellas (Tip: Las estrellas suelen verse mejor cuando no hay Luna Llena) Al día siguiente amaneció lloviendo (Tienes paraguas disponibles para usarlos), tomamos desayuno y salió el sol. Visitamos la granja y el templo del condor, donde nos encontramos con Inti (La alpaca de la granja) y nos pudimos tomar algunas fotos. Luego nos llevaron de regreso a Ollantaytambo (Previa coordinación con nosotros), el check out es las 11:00 am. La experiencia para nosotros fue muy bonita. Lo único en lo que podrían mejorar sería en dar mayor detalle en cuanto al uso de las instalaciones (Indicar todo lo que incluye la habitación, entrega de llaves al hacer check in, uso del wifi e indicar todo lo que se puede usar en el espacio de la experiencia Hot tub + cena romántica). Punto importante es que todas las personas que trabajan aquí son muy amables y serviciales. El chef es excelente, ha sido una de las mejores comidas que probé en Cusco. Sin duda tienen que vivir la experiencia Stardome."

"Where do I start with this place? I don’t think words are enough to praise it; you just have to visit! We were collected from hotel Casa Maria in town and the drive to Stardome was breathtaking. A taste of what was to come. Upon arrival, Alex the host gave us the most welcoming walk through the site. This included meeting the animals of the small farm of Stardome that included a curious and very cute llama, bunnies, ducks, chicks and a baby kitten we fell in love with. We also got to meet Carlos the owner who had such a warmth in his manner towards us and the animals one could see the love that has gone to every corner of this place. Alex took us to the Condor temple where we had a welcoming ceremony, a truly spiritual experience blessed with the most inexpensive shine. This property truly lives up to its name. We felt so grateful to have arrived to this incredible place. In our room there was a bowl of delicious strawberries from the garden. We chose to have dinner included in our stay. Food and tea was plentiful. It was very taste but slightly overpriced. The star of the meal was a soup for me cooked with ingredients from the garden. Rain came later in the evening meaning we didn’t get to see the stars but the property literally felt located amongst the clouds. In the morning, the clouds cleared in time for breakfast which was delicious. It was such a privilege to spend a night so close to nature, in this incredible spot! Our only regret was that we only had one night at Stardome."

"We had a truly magical, soul-changing stay in the Star Dome. We actually planned our trip specifically to be there for the rare six-planetary alignment and the Blood Moon eclipse, and it turned out to be even more incredible than we imagined. The dome has an opening at the top so you can lie back and look straight into the night sky….watching the planets align above us was absolutely breathtaking. ✨ Although the Blood Moon rose on the other side of Ollantaytambo and we couldn’t see it from the dome, the sky was still stunning and full of wonder. The views are indescribable…you can see the town below and the vast mountains all around you. There’s such a peaceful stillness that it almost feels like the mountains are speaking. During our stay we made an offering to Mother Earth and even saw a condor soaring overhead, which felt incredibly meaningful. The hospitality here is truly special. The new manager, Allie Mendoza, made our stay even more magical with her warmth and care. The staff welcomed us so kindly, showed us around the property, and shared beautiful ceremonies. We also had the opportunity to experience San Pedro with Friday, the coolest shaman and healer ever…it was a deeply profound experience. The little details made everything even more special: the adorable animals and small farm, the amazing food (the trout was perfect every time!), Muña tea to help with the altitude, and even help with our laundry. This place is more than somewhere to stay—it’s a place to reconnect with nature, the universe, and yourself. We left feeling blessed, grounded, and incredibly grateful!!"
