"I had an absolutely unforgettable mountain biking experience in Cusco. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized, and it quickly became one of the highlights of my trip to Peru. The day began with a scenic drive up into the Andes, where the views alone were worth it. Once we got on the bikes, the real adventure started—long, flowing descents mixed with technical sections, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Sacred Valley. Riding through remote villages, past ancient ruins, and alongside locals going about their daily lives made the whole experience feel authentic and unique. Our guide was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about both mountain biking and the local culture. They made sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and safe, adjusting the pace to suit different skill levels while still keeping things exciting. The equipment was also top quality and well maintained, which made a big difference on some of the more challenging sections. One thing to keep in mind is the altitude—it definitely adds an extra challenge—but the team managed it well with plenty of breaks and support along the way. Overall, I can’t recommend this experience highly enough. If you’re visiting Cusco and enjoy a bit of adventure, this is an absolute must-do. It’s not just a bike ride—it’s an incredible way to explore the landscape, culture, and spirit of the Andes."

"Did a multi day MTB tour with Buho Tours around Cusco/Sacred Valley and it was epic. Riding was a fun mix…big descents in the Sacred Valley, some fun urban downhill, and the highlight was definitely Machu Picchu (including the hike down). Guide Daniel was awesome, super friendly, always trying to help, and knew the area really well. Sorted everything, fixed my rear brake, and even stopped to crack open a cactus fruit so I could try it which was pretty cool. Trails had a bit of everything, bikes were solid, and the support drivers were legends. Accommodation and food were good the whole way through and communication was easy. Would recommend to pretty much any rider since they adjust it to your level 👍"
