La ubicación es inmejorable a sólo unos minutos caminando de la plaza de armad. El desayuno súper completo y riquísimo. Lo recomiendo a todos los que quieran quedarse en Cusco y volveré sin duda."

"This is a great hotel, with good location and lots of restaurants nearby. Reception is 24/7 which is really helpful. They’re always happy to answer questions and assist you with your needs. Breakfast is really good too, there is a daily buffet of fresh fruits and juices, cereal and bread, as well as made to order eggs, bacon, pancakes etc, which seems like an effort to reduce wastage. There is also a lounge by the reception which has the strongest wifi connection, and the had board games and cards available to use. Unfortunately our room was at the front, by the road which meant we could hear all the cars passing/alarms, people, music etc which didn’t help when we were trying to get good sleep to help with altitude sickness, so try to request for a room further in if you can."

"Karen and the entire staff were welcoming and the breakfast buffet and ala carte items top notch! Thank you all for your care and attention to detail to lessen the effects of the altitude. The comforts of your hotel, rooms, breakfast meals, beverage service and customer care made our trip easy to manage. Tips and tricks were bonus! Thank you Karen at the reception for being there with John night and day with a cup of tea for the headaches!"

"Estuvimos tres noches. Nos permitieron hacer el check-in unas horas antes ya que nuestro avión arribó a primera hora. La atención de todo el personal es destacable, siempre bien dispuestos y atentos. Mención especial para el desayuno, muy completo y variado. La habitación cumple todo lo esperado, camas cómodas, buena ducha y limpieza. La ubicación es excelente, a dos cuadras o 2 m caminando de la Plaza de Armas. Excelente combinación precio-calidad. Muy recomendable!"

"I only stayed here for one night, and it was not a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, I was told that the Wi-Fi was broken, and it was never fixed during my stay. What disappointed me even more was that the front desk confirmed my breakfast time the night before, but the next morning, after waiting for 20 minutes, no food was served and I had to leave for my day tour. What was the point of asking in advance? In addition, access to the hotel requires using stairs as there is no elevator, which may be inconvenient if you have luggage."
