"Todo esta bien, pero no entiendo muy bien eso de que el alojamiento es libre de impuestos para quienes tienen pasaporte, pero quienes tienen carne de extranjeria si tienen que pagar impuestos"

"I had a very unfortunate checkout experience. First off, I had an early flight and needed to leave at 5:15am. Came down to find the front door padlocked and no one at the desk. Someone did come out. Next, I needed to give them my room key to leave. I thought I’d left it on the desk in the room, so he went up to find it. He said it wasn’t there so I went up with him to find it. Key not there. Also not there was the money I left for housekeeping. Now, he’s not letting me out of this padlocked hotel without the key so I offer to pay for it. He says fine but he has to call his boss and find out how much I need to pay. Boss doesn’t answer the phone. Mind you it’s 5:30am at this point, I am LOCKED IN, and I need to make my flight. Finally I found my key in my pocket and he un-padlocked the door and let me leave. Being held hostage really ruined the stay for me."

"Room was fantastic! Great location in Cusco and amazing value for the price. The room had an extra large comfy bed and a rack to dry stuff on which was clutch. It says 3 star hotel but it should be more than that"
