"The facilities of the hotel are fine, but it was very cold and the heating worked very poorly. There is no water provided in the room, and if you ask for some, they charge 3–5 soles depending on the size of the bottle. However, you can’t pay by card due to fees – only cash is accepted, and they often don’t have any change, so they simply won’t sell it. The nearest shop at night is at least a 10-minute walk downhill to buy water, which is quite ridiculous. Housekeeping asked us whether we wanted the room cleaned. We said that in an hour would be great – but she never came back. The hotel is located at the top of the old city. If you want to go to another restaurant, you need to walk quite far downhill and then climb back up again. The views are nice, but there are no views from the room itself, only from the restaurant and lobby. Breakfast was a joke, although the restaurant food is very tasty. Unfortunately, it takes ages to get served."
