"Ich bin absolut begeistert von Juma Inka Tours und behaupte, dass sie die beste Adresse sind um den Bus bis Hydroelectrica zu buchen. Wir sind ziemlich ahnungslos in das Reisebüro gestolpert und konnten ohne Probleme für den nächsten Morgen den Bus nach Hydroelectrica buchen. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch war problemlos möglich und Juan konnte uns sogar auf Deutsch mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für die Reise nach Machu Picchu versorgen. Der Preis für die 4-Stündige Fahrt war super fair und Juan hat uns sogar noch eine Empfehlung für ein leckeres Abendessen in Ollantaytambo mitgegeben. Auf dem Rückweg sind wir ausversehen in den falschen Bus in Richtung Cusco gestiegen, Juan hat sich ohne, dass wir nachfragen mussten, direkt bei uns über WhatsApp gemeldet und mit dem Busunternehmen kommuniziert, dass wir in Ollantaytambo aussteigen müssen. Es war ihm wirklich ein Anliegen, dass wir wieder heile in Ollantaytambo ankommen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder bei Juma Inka Tours buchen und sind Juan sehr dankbar für seinen sehr ehrlichen und freundlichen Service! 🙏🏽"

"I purchased the bus ticket to Hidroelectrica. Juan and his wife informed the drivers of my name and my pickup point/time for both trips. In addition, there was an issue with the bus getting into the main plaza. Juan and his wife went out of their way to hire a tuktuk and made sure I got on the correct bus. The price for the bus ticket was also cheaper than the other travel agencies in town. Highly recommended!"
