"We had a great experience with Tula! 30 min walk later, initially disappointed to find the store locked. Sign said to WhatsApp a number; within 90 seconds she appeared :) Tula asked a very reasonable price for a backpack and hydration pouch. More than that, she gave us excellent advice regarding the hike we were planning. She's helpful and lovely, and even if she hadn't asked me to write a review, I would have done so anyway. Five stars!"

"A fabulous little shop that is worth the walk out of the main tourist shopping area. It was closed when I arrived but there is a large sign stating to phone or WhatsApp, so I did and less than 10 minutes the owner arrived and I was trying on hiking trousers and testing out walking poles. The owner was fantastic and showed me a good range of items, both expensive and cheap. I am extremely happy with my purchases and the service I received - this shop is 100% recommended 😀"
