"We did a 21 mile ride through sacred Valley. It was gorgeous! I was riding through ancient farmland, past fields of fluffy llamas, down by the river with black pigs wallowing in the mud, children on the mountain side with their llamas. We saw families working on a small plot of potatoes. Rode up high above the ruins Moray. Got an amazing birds view there. Rode through the tiny town and had a lunch included a delightful overlook. Appetizer, entrée, drink, dessert included . The restaurant had a big green grass lawn and tasty food. Clean bathrooms with toilet paper and soap. Then we continued further in sacred Valley to the salt mine. We could see it from far above and then dropped all the way down to the salt mine and were able to walk around and get free salt and buy some salty chocolate. There is some double track in beautiful country. A lot of single track. It definitely had some gnar and spice. Lots of downhill. Fast and exciting. For me this is the absolute best way to see sacred Valley… Rolling on two wheels! We were visiting from Utah and mountain bike all the time. we don’t get to see giant agave bushes and wallowing pigs and llamas and Peruvians in their traditional dress at home! SOOOO FUN."

"This bike tour was the highlight of my trip to Cusco. The touristy sites are cool, you get in line and wait your turn to take the same picture as everyone else. This tour with Daniel is different. If you love mountain biking, going to remote areas to truly experience the andes, and truly challenging yourself with the terrain and altitude, this is 100% for you. Never thought I'd be riding down ancient steps on the inca trail with incredible views in every direction. Daniel is friendly and professional, and made sure we went at my pace, which was much slower than I expected at 14000ft. I highly recommend Buho Tours for the fit and adventurous traveler that prefers to see the natural Peru and the magic of the mountains that can only be experienced away from other tourists. I suggest fully acclimating before doing these rides. If you can spend a couple days at an elevation higher than Cusco that would also help. Awesome day I will never forget. Thank you, Daniel!"
